Refunds & Replacements

At Slimwell LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Claims verified as errors on our part will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

To submit a claim:

  1. Contact our customer support team.

  2. Include a photo of the issue and a brief explanation.

Once approved:

  • Replacement: Shipped within 3 business days.

  • Refund: Credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exemptions

Refunds or replacements are not provided in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect Address: If the address provided is insufficient, returned shipments require reshipment at your expense.

  2. Unclaimed Shipments: Orders returned due to unclaimed packages must be reshipped at your cost.

  3. Buyer's Remorse: Changes of mind or preference are not eligible for refunds. Returns or exchanges are at your discretion and cost.

  4. Customs Rejection: Packages returned due to customs issues are non-refundable.

  5. Orders in Production: Once a product is prepared for fulfillment, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

  6. Uncollected FedEx Deliveries: Orders undelivered due to incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid duties may be abandoned or destroyed. Refunds, replacements, or reshipments are not available.

EU Customers: Under the 14-day cooling-off period, you must accept delivery of the goods to exercise your right to cancel. Failure to do so may result in loss of refund eligibility.
