Slimwell LLC ships orders from the United States to most U.S. states and selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
All international orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means:
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in your order total.
- These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the local customs authority upon delivery.
Slimwell LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

- Orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
- Once an order has shipped, Slimwell LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
